I made an appointment for 9 o’clock. I get there. They have three other people waiting and doing their hair very unprofessional to make appointments that you cannot keep. I don’t do business like that. Never will go there again. I left by the way.

I recently had my hair braided by a stylist named Noubo (or Noube). I paid $250 for waist-length braids, but my hair wasn’t even braided down to my bra strap. I also tipped an additional $20, bringing the total to $270. While most of braids themselves were neat. Some of the spots were she added boho are unraveling. The stylist did not trim the extra boho pieces she left out, which has left my hair looking messy and unkempt. (Pictures inserted below) I am very disappointed with the final result, as it does not match what I paid for or expected. I got out in about 8hrs. Also the clients are so disrespectful there should be a respect code if you can’t respect the Braider then no service. I will try again but a different Braider the next time.

Please believe these 1 star reviews. I was desperate in getting my hair done and this was the closest shop. Although I like my hair and it was cheap, it is true that the stylist are very rude and loud. Not all of the stylist, but definitely a majority. I understand French very well and my stylist was talking to the other stylists saying that my head was so big. She also was saying that she did not want to do my hair because I have such a big head all in French. And because it was boho she kept on complaining. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want her to stop doing my hair but not one stylist called her out. You also have to separate your own boho. Since I’ve never done that before it took my a bit to get used to how to correct piece it apart and get the correct sizing. Of course she complained about that too in French. This was a terrible experience, as hairstylist, you are supposed to uplift your customers and make them feel good about themselves, but I left the shop with a new insecurity that I have never even though of. I will tell people to never come here because y’all have bullies doing peoples hair. What type of customer service is that?

Very unprofessional! They told me to come in to get my hair braided twice two different days and I drove 3 hrs once I arrived they turned me around saying no braiders. They are very rude and speak very unpleasant. The environment is small smelly and very uncomfortable, dirty and very hot. There’s no where to sit and should be shut down!

I spoke with the owner several times regarding getting my hair done. She told me to come at 7am this morning 6/7 just to turn around and say come back at 1 this is ridiculous. Lack of communication!!!

I came here and waited patiently to get my hair braided I waited for 5 hours because I wanted someone specifically to do my hair. I paid $340 for butt length they only braided the hair to my waist and dipped the hair. I called and made a complaint the owner told me I can come back Friday morning and I did just that. Now I am sitting here waiting and they are allowing other people to go before me telling me to wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had an amazing experience at Leru! I got boho braids done, and they turned out absolutely stunning. The stylists were professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They completed my braids in about 5-6 hours, which is impressive given the level of detail and precision.
The atmosphere was welcoming, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My scalp wasn’t too tight, and the braids are lightweight and flawless. I’ve received so many compliments already! If you’re looking for a top-tier braiding salon, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be back for my next style!

They did my daughter’s hair on Christmas Day and they were so nice I made an appointment. Also paid to get my mom hair done and she loves hers.

The owner first told me to come at 2 and I’ll have two people on my head. Then she called me and said come now which was 11am and she’ll add the second person once she arrive. They got started on my hair at 11:30, when 2pm came I noticed that there weee still ladies waiting to get in the chair so I was being considered of others. By 6pm, I see a few people leave and workers sitting around so I reminded her of what she said. So rudely told me that that’s not what she said. I wouldn’t have sat in here and allowed them to start my hair if it was only going to be one person. I’ve been here since 11:30, it’s 7pm and this lady is still on the front of my head. I told them I had to work at 9pm, nobody cared. It stink in here and it feels like an ice box. I’m from the south side so I always go to CiCi’s or A.S African braiding, love it there. I moved out west and was recommended to them by my friend. I’ll never in my life come back nor recommend. Please don’t.

Got bob boho knotless paid 220 a lot of my braids were not knotless my hair was shedding bad the whole time I had it and it was overall not what I asked for it wasn’t even a bob and I always tried to tell the stylist that some of my braids was not knotless and she told me “I know what I’m doing I got you”
