The firm is far from satisfying, as other people said, their response is very slow, especially the lawyer Zhang, he's basically silent when you really need him. Plus their attitude towards my case is not only unprofessional, but also disappointing, as if the case has nothing to do with them. Some of the staff being unprofessional actually led to bad consequence I had to suffer. They do, however, have few paralegals that are helpful like Lisa He. Lisa is the only one that was being professional and mindful with my case and kept me updated with all information of my case, and eventually solved the problem. All the stars to Lisa but negative stars to the firm.
