I just started using Lakeview Petcare last year for my new kitty Ginny. I was nervous leaving my new cat alone the first couple of times, but i feel so comfortable knowing Bonnie is watching her. She genuinely loves spending time with Ginny and I appreciate it so much! She always sends the best pictures to let me know Ginny is doing well and will even bring treats/toys for Ginny. I wouldn't want to use any other pet service in Chicago

We used Lakeview Pet Care for the first time over the holidays last year and had a great experience! The sitter, Scott, was so kind and asked great questions when he came for the meet and greet. He had to learn the ropes for our special needs kitty, which isn't easy - we really appreciated his patience and understanding through the process, even when in the moments when our cat got a little overwhelmed. We were also struck with a bit of a disaster when the flu hit our house the week before Christmas - Scott and Emily were very accommodating about the whole thing. We're very happy to have found Lakeview Pet Care for our cat Juno! Bonnie, Juno's cat sitter, is so great with her. I can tell that Bonnie genuinely cares for Juno and likes spending time with her during their drop ins. We went away for a couple weeks last year and it really solidified Bonnie & Juno's bond. We fully trust Bonnie to make sure our girl is taken care of while we're away.
