Renato has been helping me recover from all sorts of injuries for at least 3 years now. I have a lot of residual injuries from when I was younger and combined with getting on into my mid-thirties, my body hurts a lot. And every time I see Renato at Kinetix, I feel better. I always recommend him to anyone in need of physical therapy. Now that we're going through this massive quarantine phase with COVID-19, the only option we have is telehealth! Even though I tend to prefer in-person, I gave it a shot. I was shocked at how incredibly helpful it was! After just a short telehealth session with Renato, I felt immediate relief. I left the session with at least 6 exercises to do and less pain overall. After working from home for the past couple weeks (and no end in sight to the WFH), I've found that physical therapy is actually critical for me. My neck/back/shoulder pain is flaring up without my office standing desk, without moving by commuting downtown to my office, etc. So being able to do this telehealth PT with Renato will surely helo me survive this quarantine, and I couldn't be more grateful!

I tore ligament in my foot, and I have been horrible pain for months on daily basis. Surgery is too extreme & this is the next best step. I won't kid you, I felt the pain, but it actually did not feel half as bad as I expected the next day, it actually felt a little more relaxed then it had been. I'm hopeful.
