Based on the reviews, K M Cleaners is the best in the city and the greatest cleaners used. The work is very good, and customers are always happy with the results. The staff is super friendly and provides top notch service, always ensuring needs are met. They take great care and attention to all clothing, and have helped save multiple items by removing stains and doing alterations. For one customer, a bridesmaid dress was completely transformed. The service is also very fast, with one customer needing dresses pressed and taken care of quickly. Overall, it is a go to cleaners for dry cleaning, though for more than one change to a garment, it can feel intimidating to communicate that.
KM cleaners is the best in the city & the greatest cleaners I’ve used. I own a custom clothing company and they take great care & attention to all of my clothing. They have helped saved multiple items of my clothing, epically white trousers by removing stains. You guys are the best, thank you so much!
In general, the work here is very good. I've taken several shirts to be dry cleaned and altered over the years and I'm always happy with the results. The customer service is OK. If I want more than one change made to a garment, it feels intimidating to communicate that. Overall I like going here for dry cleaning, but only for simple alterations.
I bring everything here to get tailored and her work is amazing! I bought a bridesmaid dress that was too long, had a train, and was cut way too low on the top. She was able to completely transform the dress. Thank you!
