Amazing service! I live downtown Chicago so finding someone to come deal with the traffic and parking is always difficult. This is my second time using this company and from phone call to completion it is always incredible service. Michael the owner is always responsive, patient and kind. There was a little difficulty with my front door staff, but they remained calm and helped me navigate the situation. The service was quick and looks like a brand new carpet. They did not leave any mess. Cannot say enough great things about my experience.
Michael was absolutely fantastic! Super nice, personable, and incredibly honest and helpful throughout the whole process. He not only did an amazing job cleaning our couch, but also gave great tips for keeping couches, rugs, clothes, and other fabrics clean in general.
I felt completely comfortable having him in our home, which says a lot. He was fast, professional, kind, and even wonderful with my kids while he was here. The couch looks amazing and smells so fresh. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and helping people. Highly recommend!
