Adam was professional, courteous, and punctual. He answered all of my questions and helped me learn more about the ins and outs of plumbing. Nothing short of a seamless process and I would highly recommend John’s Plumbing for any issues. You could tell how passionate he is about the trade and growing the business.
Also wanted to shout out the service coordinator, Ethan. We were able to schedule via email easily and he gave me expectations of a price quote with several options. I was exploring several options at the time but Ethan always responded the quickest and with the most details.
John's Plumbing was amazing. They came out yesterday morning at 6:00 a.m. - extremely early in the morning as we had an emergency with our sewer line. It was a difficult job and took many repeated efforts to clear the line, but the gentleman who was working on it persevered and tenaciously went the extra mile to make sure that the problem was resolved. I could not be more appreciative of his efforts and our building maintenance team.
I’ve actually never used the business but I saw who ever was driving their work van pull over to help a turtle cross a busy road (Old McHenry, Hawthorn Woods). We turned around after noticing what it was but by the time we got back to the intersection, John’s Plumbing was pulled over getting the turtle to safety.
We may not know how well they install a sink or unclog a pipe, but good people are good to patron.
