A beautiful place with outstanding view. I had arrived early for my appointment, didn't have to fill out anything. I was waiting in the waiting room as many patients were being called in. My appointment time was already 30 minutes late on their end and they didn't call me. I mentioned to receptionist, she said at times when you check in they don't get it in the back, they might not receive it, so she messaged them again. I'm sitting waiting with my lower back hurting from long waiting time. I saw two women come in and they didn't even wait 10 minutes yet were called in. Start to finish, an amazing experience with the gastroenterology department for my colonoscopy today. The entire team was efficient, kind, funny, and extremely organized. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. The experience was much better than the one I had at NWM five years ago. I truly felt cared for and respected as a patient, and the customer service was outstanding. It's a beautiful facility as well. Highly recommend Rush and their GI team.
The best place to come for Cancer Treatment the oncologist are outstanding doctors. I highly recommend this place to individual, Families and friends. This is why I rated this Hospital 5-stars. Great service and staff
