The reason why I am giving this location 5 stars is because Jeannette who is the owner welcomes you with a smile while asking you what type of haircut you would like. Making you feel comfortable as if it wasn't your first time coming in even for first timers. Jessica who is the one that cuts hair is absolutely nice and both are good conversationalists while maintaining professional attitudes.

The reason why I put 3 stars is simply because the young lady who served me was very nice and did my haircut very well. On the contrary, the owner or manager was not professional at all, when I arrived I asked if they accepted a card and she told me no, so I asked the price of the cut. She checked the length of my hair and told me $15 since my hair was shoulder length. So I went to the bank and came back and explained in the presence of the owner that I wanted a bob without layers. At the end of the cut, the owner approaches me and tells me "excuse me but that cut is $20 because it's very detailed." I’ve been going to this hair salon for many years and I always walk out feeling & looking great! I love their service.
