Our experience with Mr. Bourneuf, the branch manager of JF in Chicago, has been the worst we’ve had. After our highly professional JF representative from the Boston office resigned, our startup was redirected to Mr. Bourneuf—an unfortunate shift. What followed were endless delays, nonexistent communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.

The result? I was charged a late filing fee due to their mishandling, and the tax return Mr. Bourneuf said I would receive is still nowhere in sight. He hasn’t taken any action or responded for months.

One year that they have my $3000 retainer and I did not see anything from them. Never return phone calls. Never answer to the mails.Edit:it is now 15 months that I'm waiting for my documents. And still no answer to any of my message, phone mail or via their contact form.
