I can't say enough good things about JP Flooring, Johnny and his crew. I met with Johnny in January (2024) to discuss the project details. He gave me a quote for demo and installation (I'd say in the middle range of all the quotes I was able to get) and he helped me pick out the flooring. We had carpet in the bedrooms (which I swear had stuff growing in it, it was so disgusting) and we had poor quality/cheap engineered hardwood in the living areas. JP tore out the carpet and old hardwood and replaced it all with a very good quality engineered hardwood. We recently purchased a condo with Brazilian cherry floors that weren't in the best shape and in need of refinishing and some light repair work. My brother in law had used JP for refinishing floors in one of his rental buildings and referred us to them. We met Johnny for a quote, which was very reasonable, and he and his team were able to start work within a week. We were debating between a few colors, and he was able to show us samples before we made the final decision. The work was completed on schedule, and working with Johnny was seamless. I needed floors replaced and refinished after water damage. Johnny was easy to work with an did an excellent job. He was communicative, flexible and trustworthy. The floors looked incredible after! I would highly recommend!
