The ortho was very knowledgeable pleasant it was my 1st time she came up with a plan it changed my original idea and I love the options and the price with a payment plan that is realistic for a single mother!!! The service from the time I walked in was amazing! Black owned black dentist! Very professional with integrity and morals!!! I highly recommend this office!!

We like Dr. Griffin's work, but it is too difficult to deal with this office. We have called 4 times over a few days trying to get an ortho and dental visit for my son and no one picks up the phone or calls back. If the office is closed, we would not know because the outgoing message doesn't provide any information. They are helpful when you are in the office but trying to get an appointment here via the phone is always frustrating.

At first I thought I was making the right choice for my daughter when she turn 18. Two years later after making a review for them not being open, not being able to make payments, not being able speak to someone is beyond me Then for you to tell my daughter she can't be seen anymore due to her making a review on this app is beyond me. My daughter paid u guys out of pocket, n for u to label her as if she was a medic aid recipient is judgmental. I'm very disappointed in you guys...but NEVER again....Now were looking for someone to remove her braces...cause she have to start over...n also start another payment plan....U guys are SOOO unprofessional and down right dirty...how dare u refuse your patient u started with service because of an honest review.....N please DNT reach out to me like u did my daughter..... because people need to know...U're NOT HELPING THE COMMUNITY....U WANT TO CONTROL YOUR CLOUT....ON THIS APP...N U NOT RIGHT...THANKS

I love everything about my experience with Dr. Griffin and her staff they really did take care of me over the years. I wish I would’ve came to her in my younger years, but I came at the right time. I feel even more beautiful than I already was lol! Her and her staff are some of my favorites…

Holdind two insurances, I was charged $375 just for being a new patient.
A call was placed more than 6 times April 2024. After waiting 4 weeks for a returned phone call, an appointment was made. At that time, office never provided a time frame for paperwork to be completed prior to the visit nor, was their policy for new patients provided.
Btw, x-rays from the previous dentist were denied.

Dr. Griffen is the best. Her work is remarkable. Every appointment I had, she was always a joy. She takes her work very seriously, and she is extremely fast and knowledgeable. My appointments were during lunch, n I was in and out within an hour. I highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Dr. Griffin
