I wanted to share my thoughts on policies implemented in this establishment. My family and I arrived late last night from our flight. I ended up going to bed around 2:30 am.Before sleeping, I reviewed the barbershop's cancellation and rescheduling procedures. I understand that customers are no-shows or running late for their appointments. Barbers profit from customers and provide quality service. I understand that completely. My grievance is the lack of communication between businesses and consumers. If a customer is running late and calls the shop, but you have to leave a message? You can count on Mike for a warm welcome, a great haircut and a good chat. They’ve also implemented some thoughtful Covid protocols which really put me at ease on my first hair cut after quarantine.

This place is great. Had a beard for seven months and did not know what to do with it. Mike at Iron Heritage got it in great shape. The haircut was perfect as well. The shop is great, minimal and comfortable. I'll be going back.
