Ken is a very dedicated professional. It was a loooong process, almost 6 months. No fault to Ken though- the fact he kept at it that long is a testament to his dedication to get the job done. He was consistent with updates and walked through the process.
Insurance companies can be difficult and overbearing but he took the heavy lifting for us. I even used his company for an additional project after my roof was replaced.
