I always have a pleasant experience with the IDI team in Loop. They are friendly, listen well, instill confidence with their knowledge, and provide the right balance balance of science-y and reasonable/practical. Highly recommend.
I see Dr. Lewitt at the Chicago location and he’s a great doctor. Very personable, listens and a great clinician. However, the person checking me in today was rude, didn’t make eye contact, barely wanted to interact with me, even when I tried to update my insurance. It’s quite off putting, considering I’ve been anxious for this appt.
This was my first visit. And I love them. I can't remember the nurse name, but her and Dr. Danielle Sandoval, were excellent and professional! They were so helpful, patient and understanding. I will be going to this place from here on. Thank you!
