This optical shop is a small business. Not a part of the big brands like Luxottica. It has been on Touhy Avenue for many years. They have a broad selection of brands and frames. Like a museum. I submitted my rimless frames to a woman at the front desk and she and the lens maker took care of everything. I interacted with two women. One more senior and another younger. The senior lady can be abrupt because she likes to keep things brief. I am still amazed at the how low the cost was to prepare two pairs of rimless glasses. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in their with an issue with glasses I didn't even buy at their store, and they just fixed it for free or for pennies on the dollar. They do a great job and are so nice!
