I order flowers the day after mother's day online with HPF for a mother who recently lost a child. Mothers day will never be the same for her. I called to see if they knew a time frame the flowers would be delivered, to be told that they had given everyone the day off since they worked heavy over the Mothers day weekend. I expressed the frustration of being allowed to place an order for same day delivery and having paid for it.i asked for a refund and the gentleman said he'd make it happen. If you’re looking for a florist who is as talented as they are reliable, look no further than Kenny at Hyde Park Florist. Kenny was an incredible collaborator who took the time to truly understand our vision, creating floral arrangements that were exactly what we wanted—and honestly, even better than we imagined. His expertise is unmatched; he was very practical and transparent, explaining why certain ideas might work or not work, and whenever an initial concept of mine wasn't feasible, he immediately provided creative solutions that kept the aesthetic perfect.

I've ordered flowers from Hyde Park Florist for my daughter a few times over the last few years and have had a great experience every time (even when she lived in the dorms at the university and delivery was more complicated). Flowers are always beautiful and the customer service has been excellent. I always call to place my orders and everyone I've spoken with is friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are so many one star reviews. I definitely recommend and am happy to support a local Hyde Park florist.
