Very friendly staff, smooth process from setting up sliding scale payments if underinsured to seeing a doctor. I’ve always scheduled appointments a day or so ahead of time (sometimes same day) either with the app or, if it showed none available, by calling.
Never have had to wait more than a business day from my desire to see a doctor to the actual appointment time. Paid $5 all in for services I couldn’t get covered at all anywhere I could find back in the Bay Area when I lived there, and that was when I had insurance! Been cheaper here without it than there with it, by far. This place is a godsend.
This place is goated for services. Not only was I able to make an appointment within 24 hours, I received prompt and excellent care from everyone I engaged with at the clinic. I also got my results in less than 24 hours!
This was by far the best medical service experience I’ve had and shortest turnaround time ever. Not sure if having great insurance made this possible but I’d go here over Northwestern or any other “top” provider in chicago.
Dr. Fernandez together with front desk staffs and medical assistants are all awesome and patient and nice! Recommend!
