When I walked in, I got a really warm welcome from the PSR, China. She helped me with all of my questions and concerns. I had just been approved for a new medication and was not sure what my next steps were, but she made everything so easy.
She was able to get me scheduled for the very next day with my PCP and a nurse, so I did not have to come back multiple times, which I really appreciated. She also connected me with the pharmacist, Rachel, who answered all of my questions about the medication.
The staff here really care about their patients, and it shows. This is definitely my favorite location to visit because I always feel taken care of and reassured.
A great clinic for the community!! Dr. Crone and his staff are awesome they made me feel welcomed and addressed my concerns without any judgement, which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Crone and his staff made me feel so much better during what was such a stressful situation for me and they were all very informative with everything regarding my health. I definitely recommend Dr. Crone and Howard Brown Health to anyone they are amazing!! The front desk was also very welcoming!!
So grateful for this community resource! Came as a walk-in and was seen within 40 minutes. All the staff were thorough and easy to talk to. The facility was clean and seemed to be run well. So glad this is here.
