Absolutely fantastic for home inspection, highly recommend. We had Costel from Home Inspection Star take a look at a home that we are looking to buy. He spent hours in the home going over every inch with a fine tooth comb. The report was thorough with tons of pictures documenting every issue that he found. The report also included straightforward explanations of how to approach repairs. We feel confident going forward with his help!
We had a great experience working with Costel. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the inspection process. His attention to detail gave us confidence in understanding the condition of the condo, and he pointed out both major concerns and smaller maintenance items we might have otherwise missed.
We especially appreciated how patient and responsive he was in answering our questions, making sure we felt informed every step of the way. The final report was detailed, well-organized, and easy to follow, with helpful photos and recommendations.
Costel really scopes out the place and is on it. Non biased (as it should be) and will call out anything he sees minor or major and wont sugar coat it. Hes constantly mentioning that if i have any questions about anything to ask and any question i had, gave back good answers. Very smart man
He looked at 3 units so for the price, i think it was pretty fair. Awesome job
