I am so thankful that I found Harmony Health early on in my journey. Through changing providers, to getting pregnant (yey!), through 39.5 weeks of a healthy pregnancy (other than a T1/T2 "morning" sickness) and an uncomplicated delivery, and now on the road of postpartum recovery, Kellylee was a source of information, encouragement, rest, and sunshine. Through good days and bad, seeing Kellylee regularly was one of the best things I did for myself throughout this journey. I truly don't know how we would have progressed to where we are today (with a beautiful, happy 10-day old girl!) without Harmony Health. My husband and I are forever grateful to Kellylee and everyone at Harmony Health and just can't thank you enough.
After years of struggling to find answers for our recurrent miscarriages a coworker recommended that I go see Lisa at Harmony Health. I was never a big “believer” in the benefits of eastern medicine before, but hands down it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Lisa was an absolute God send. She became actively involved in my journey to create our family. In addition to providing a calm, secure environment to relax and restore she quickly became my nutritionist- helping me understand the best and worst things to be putting in my body to assist with fertility (I was apparently clueless), my medical advocate- giving me questions to ask my IVF Dr and translating results given from their office (they are not too warm and fuzzy over there), my acupuncture guru- tailoring my treatment to co-inside with the IVF process and relieve any overall stress and anxiety, and also my therapist- Lisa rode all the highs and lows of this journey with me. She endured my countless tears, heard my endless fears, and held her breathe along with mine as we passed each milestone. I honestly could not have made it through without her. I 100% attribute successfully having my 2 beautiful children to the care that she provided me in probably the most vulnerable time in my life. She is by far and away the absolute best at what she does!
