I gave this place 5 stars 8+ years ago, and to this day, I will continue to do so. I'm very disappointed on how dishonest and emotionally-driven lies are posted on the negative reviews they have --- I know because I've been there watching them handle a dissatisfied customer, and they do talk you through your options to make sure you leave satisfied. It's not up to them to manage your emotions or how bad your day is going.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and I’ve generally been happy with the service and the end results. I have done countless walk-ins without appointments and I’ve almost always been seen promptly. On rare occasions when there’s been a longer wait, that has always been communicated up front.
I’m deducting one point for cleanliness. In previous years, the techs were clearly using an autoclave and opening sanitized tools for each client. I no longer see that happening. On more than one occasion I’ve seen clippers or files pulled from a jar or drawer, clearly having been previously used. I’ve also noticed some techs skipping steps, like... read full review

I made an appointment and came in yesterday for the first after a friend’s recommendation. I absolutely loved the work Kiet did. He was very nice and helpful. He made sure my nails were perfect and stopped frequently to check himself and to see if I needed to change anything. I received almond shape mid-long ombré nail extensions more on the pointy side by request. Kiet did an amazing job. I will definitely be back and booking my appointment with Kiet!
