I went to get my haircut earlier today and I waited for the next available stylist, which was Filiz. When I sat down she took my hair down and looked at it repeatedly saying "Wow oh my god your hair is so fried and horrible" and then said "this is definitely straightener hair". So I blew it off just laughing saying yeahhh I know it's pretty bad. She starts ripping at my hair and cutting off dead pieces and keeps insulting my hair. Then she tells me to go over to the shampoo area. I sit down and lean back and she says "did you do your own balayage?" I said no it's just like that from the summertime. When in the past you’ve had issues because there is no one who will physically check you in....so this time you check in on the app like they did to last time. You do that and arrive ten minutes earlier than the time the app tells you to arrive. Ten minutes before closing they ask “oh are you here for a haircut?” Then tell me that they’re about to close and that they can’t see you that day. Maybe limit the number of people who can check in if you can’t keep up. But I signed up an hour and a half before close on the app. This was the only day of the week I could get a haircut.
