My family has used Guardian Heating and Cooling for over 50 years... since the 1960's... we have always had their very reasonably priced service contract in the 3 houses I've lived in... they are very reliable... on time for appointments, friendly and polite... I needed a new boiler 2 years ago... They did some piping that same day and completely installed the new boiler the next day... Also in the 1990's... our furnace stopped working on a Saturday... it was below freezing... I called at about 3 pm... and they showed up at about 5 pm... they did a temporary fix and then came back and fixed it on Monday for no additional charge.
Guardian resolved the dispute with the check and provided an explanation and told me it happened to a few other people and they have fixed the problem. As far as the system and installation - the installers were top notch with a very clean installation and so far no issues with it.
Guardian did the service in my old apartment, so when I moved to a new house, I was glad to bring Guardian with me. The prior owners did not do regular service and it showed. Peter and Gabriel came and got everything serviced like new. They repaired a leaking dielectric valve on our boiler and found enough issues with one of the furnaces to need replacement. Guardian came back the next day and was able to install a new one perfectly. I believe we are maximizing our investment by using Guardian because their technicians do good work.
