I want to give my thanks and congratulations to Mr.Chuanyee Lu for the excellent work he made on my J.A Lamy violin bow (Bushing). He is a fantastic master of his craft as well as a very nice person.
I cannot recommend him enough in case you need to care of your instrument.

I am based in New Jersey but attend school in Chicago, and I’ve always been cautious about where to take my violin for repairs. My biggest concern has been being overcharged or receiving work of poor craftsmanship. I was very relieved to discover Guadagnini Violin Shop in the Fine Arts Building.

Over time, I’ve had several services done here: bow rehairs, polishing, seam repairs, a new bridge, a new soundboard, finger board dressing and even purchased a new bow. Friendly and knowledgeable, and fast turnaround. Chunyee helped identify issues that I didn't know about without trying to sell me on more than was necessary. He provided recommendations based on my current needs. Instrument sounds so much better now. Thank you!!
