I had my haircut by V and he did AMAZING. I have curly hair and NO ONE has cut my hair the way I’ve wanted ever and he immediately knew what to do and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it.

Vincente gave me the best haircut experience of my life. He was able to see my vision for my hair and not only bring it to life, but also give me the vocabulary to be able to tell other stylists what I want. Truly amazing customer service as well; very personable, taking cues from me when I didn’t want to talk, communicating to me what he was doing every step of the process, and honey I was living for the shampoo! I’ve never had a bad experience here, but Vincente had me walking out of there actually feeling like a million bucks.

My Mixed ExperienceRating: ⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Great Clips in 3229 W Addison St and had a mixed experience that left me with conflicting opinions. While the facility itself was quite good, I couldn't ignore the issues with understaffing and pricing.Starting with the positives, the facility at Great Clips was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The waiting area was nice and good musics to keep customers entertained while waiting.
