The absolute best experience I’ve had at a small business yet. She didn’t feel comfortable treating my mildew/mold stained Ralph Lauren peacoats that got trapped in a relatives trunk somehow. She gave me brilliant suggestions to a different more specialized cleaners and to Ralph Lauren who may have an internal suggestion. Based on this experience I definitely plan to bring my normal dry cleaning needs to her moving forward.
Nicest lady working here! If you don’t live in the building go through the front desk and it’s in the back to the right. I wish I lived closer but I would recommend going here for all of my dry cleaning and alteration needs
Kelly is so helpful. We visited the city and had some of our laundry taken care of here. Unfortunately, when picking up our items we noticed some things missing (it happens). Even though we travelled back home, Kelly was not only able to find the missing items but she shipped them to us and wouldn’t take any money for shipping. Thank you Kelly!!
