Just finished a large (for us) project where we had all of our brick facades tuck pointed on our two flat, and 7 lintels replaced. They did a fantastic job and even the city inspector (who had 25 years of masonry experience) complimented them on the quality of work. Will definitely be returning to them for future projects, and recommending them to friends.
I contacted Gralak Construction after doing a Google search. I read all the positive reviews and quickly sent an online request for a free quote. Response time was quick! Rado called and we set up an appointment. I own a four unit rental property which was in need of tuck-pointing. It's a tall building, and at times, it's been difficult finding contractors equipped to do the work. Rado did not rush the appointment. He spent an hour with me, maybe a little more. Our condo HOA hired Gralak Construction LLC to seal our windows and repair some leaks with professional-grade caulking. The job also included sealing the entryway steps, and replacing deteriorated stones. The team was prompt, courteous, and highly detail-oriented.
