This review is way overdue, but still want to say what a GOOD experience it was to work with Gotcha Covered. We needed two blinds for recently-stripped dining-room windows & also one for a bedroom. Originally my plan was to order shades as well, but decided they weren’t really necessary. What’s IMPORTANT is that their rep, Jay Gonnam, put NO pressure on me for the bigger order, and was so kind and professional for what was certainly a minor sale. When I next need an update in window treatments, I’m going nowhere else but Gotcha Covered.
Gotcha Covered installed three Hunter Douglas roller shades in our home in June 2025. We've been happy with our decision from start to finish. Our design consultant Jay was responsive and collaborative, and we appreciate that he worked with us to bring our vision to life. Among other reasons, we selected Gotcha Covered because it offered a much better price than its competitors on the north side (e.g., Skyline).
The shades arrived earlier than expected, and our friendly installation crew led by Paul arrived on time and made quick work. We highly recommend this store!
This is one of the most organised, professional businesses I've worked with. Jay measured up for me, gave me a very thorough, honest review of options and what will fit my needs. Paul and his team mate installed today, gave excellent education on how to care for the blinds. They sent calendar invites and details of who will be attending for both meetings and give a time estimate for delivery, which they stuck to. I will likely need a couple more blinds in the future and wouldn't dream of using anyone else.
