Wissanee and Nina were helpful and responsive. We wanted custom pleated blackout curtains for our primary bedroom. They needed to be hung from the ceiling because our windows curve. So these were ceiling to floor custom drapes. We already had bought 20 yards our own fabric and another custom drape maker in the city had flaked on us. This was our fabric: Wissanee gave us a reasonable quote around $2,000. Then I wanted to add a sheer panel on an inner track. That request doubled the quote so we went back to just the pleated drapes. They did a great job and installed within 4 weeks. Highly recommend them!!

They had to come back THREE times to install my curtain’s correctly. The last time the sales person came with the installers and she did nothing to help the situation. I had to tell them to put curtain weights on the edges. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. THE ONLY REASON I used them was because they had the fabric that I wanted. The fact that it took them three times to sew and install the dang curtains for what they charge was ludicrous. The top seam is still not right and has exposed pieces but at that point I just wanted these crazy people away from me because they were acting like I was speaking alien when their work was not right.

We went in to get some curtains made for our home. They were so so helpful and got us where we needed to be. Curtains can be confusing and they were great at explaining the differences between styles and fixtures. We will definitely be using them for any other projects we have! Couldn’t recommend enough!
