This is only based off of a consultation, but I had a good experience. The office is in the same building as Neiman Marcus (enter on the Chicago side). The waiting room was clean and quiet and I only had to wait ~5 minutes before being brought in to do the intake. Dr. Huang and his assistant were awesome — super thorough and spent a lot of time answering questions and explaining things really well. It was clear that they were both extremely knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured and they were clear, when I asked, about what next steps were and even gave me a ballpark range for cost. Dr Huang and his staff are the gold standard. He is extremely thorough and has the best chairside presence. The admin staff and assistants are all skilled and lovely. Palatal expansion as an adult has been (quality of) life changing. So far treatment is going as predicted and I'm excited to see the results!
