5 stars all around, Lori is fantastic. I work with my hands and unfortunately chipped one of my nails while working- Nailacarte was kind enough to invite me back in for a repair. It looks good as new. This is my second time coming to this location and I'm sure I'll be back.
I had a pretty good experience with Kelly. She’s very thorough with her work and the end result was great. They also give you a one week grace period to fix any issues for the no chip services free of charge in case anything happens.
Lori is Great! She took her time and honestly has been able to create the best almond shape I’ve seen and so officiant that way too!!!!!Edit: 2.5 weeks later and every single nail is already lifting. They turned out really pretty but honestly for this cost and with how careful I am with my nails, this really disappoints me and I do not think I will be coming back here.
