I’ve been twice. Service was great the first time. The color options are dated and they won’t ask you to pick another color when they’ve run out, despite having a visible tally of the colors they don’t have. I can’t recommend designs here; they don’t reference reservation details and seem inconvenienced in providing the service.They also have a rewards program and are oddly selective in who they offer it to.

Looking for a nail salon where you'll be welcomed by name and receive top-notch service every time? Look no further!I've been to this salon three times now, and I've never been disappointed. Juan does an excellent job on my nails, and my gel pedicures have been amazing too. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the salon is clean and inviting. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great nail salon experience. You won't be disappointed!

I have been coming to 312 Nails for a very long time now. Puje is the best nail technician I have ever experienced. My nails last a month and she is the most friendly and welcoming person! All of the staff at 312 in River North are like family to me! I 10/10 recommend coming here!
