I have to commend Patrick and Ken with The Wrench Truck & Trailer Repair, Inc! My company is in Texas and we purchased some trailers in Chicago that needed repairs before we could pull them. We called Patrick and they went and picked up our trailers and took them to their shop. They sent estimates and repaired them in a timely manner all in good faith we would pay them for the repairs when completed. I called to pay them and they made the process easy and simple! This is what I call great customer service! Living in Texas we tend to have BIG expectations and Patrick and Ken lived up to those expectations!
