We’ve had traumatic experiences in the past, so we were pretty hesitant. Neal made sure we were confident about hiring his services and boy he was right. Steve, Felipe and Brandon were extremely careful, respectful, fast and clean while handling our belongings, as well as floors and walls in both residences. I used Fresh Start Movers for a regional move. Neal rapidly provided an estimate and the move was direct- one crew and just our contents straight to new city. Super efficient! A terrific crew of five packed and loaded. They were courteous, engaged, and asked for clarification to make sure every piece went to the correct room in the new home. They used common sense- baby gates went with the high chair and pack-and -play even though they were scattered in the apartment. Everything was labeled very clearly and they really took care of a few special fragile pieces. The attention to detail was great! Two crew members drove and unloaded in the new location. Wonderful people- attentive owner. Would definitely use again!
