Previous reviewer hit the nail on the head. Pretty rude when attempting to establish a business relationship. Intentionally places brokers on hold for extended periods, then refuses to provide fair prices/quotes during negotiation processes. Very argumentative and rude, and quite frankly not worth attempting to negotiate with them.

Tried to call back to explain that I had multiple loads to book with them if we could establish a good relationship. Second call went even worse.

Horrible company to work with as a broker. Very rude throughout the entire booking process and when I tried to provide feedback they did not take it seriously. Threatened to book fake trucks with usedited to add: as you can see from their reply, they do not care that they are ruining relationships with brokers which can easily be extrapolated with how they will treat your customers, shippers, etc. We won't trust this company to haul any of our freight going forward
