This place has changed my life! I was looking for a way to get in shape that would be fulfilling and engaging, I wanted a community (to make friends), and I wanted to connect with Chinese culture. Sifu Freddie's school has checked all those boxes for me. He was quick to respond when I reached out to learn about the school, let me come to a free lesson, then, after I joined, he checked in on me when I was struggling. I joined about 6 months ago- I've lost weight, gotten stronger, both mentally and physically. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to make a positive change in their life!

Sifu (Freddie) is an amazing individual who truly cares about his students and helps train for the body and mind. He is very caring, energetic, and welcomes everyone regardless of age or physique. I have been going here for about a year and cannot tell you the tremendous impact his classes have had on my health and overall strength. He modifies sessions based on your needs and helps you achieve your next level! Never stop being amazing and glad we can gain XP together!

I want to build with him but people have trolled him so long and so hard he won't even respond to me in over 10 years They did the same thing to the Sifu of a black flag wing tsun they are jealous of these men because they break old traditions and cultural prejudices same as they did Bruce
