Paul is an excellent personable and talented stylist! He is flexible with scheduling and does great work. Very pleased wth my own color and cut as well as boyfriend's hair results. Thank you Paul!

Buyer beware!! After making it painfully obvious that he was not happy about me using a groupon, Paul (Who I believe is the owner) proceeded to lash out at his mother in the middle of my treatment...very uncomfortable. He also shared that he is not certified at keritin and, "Winging it". My tip reflected my experience and he sent me several text messages including, "You cheap ass Mexican", "I forgot my brain I am Mexican" and capped it off with another "don't ever call me again you cheap ass Mexican". These were sent at 2:43am extremely unprofessional, inappropriate and racist!

I called Paul before buying a groupon for a Keratin treatment, he told me to just come in and pay him directly @ the groupon price. As he way applying the Keratin I could tell he wasn't experienced and definitely not certified. I should have gotten up and walked out but I didn't. He combed the keratin treatment through my whole hair instead of sectioning out and applying it and combing it through the sections. He couldn't even get my hair straight with the flat iron. I finally asked him if he was certified and he said " No, you just follow the directions". I'm able to flat iron my hair but he couldn't get it straight at all. I waited the 3 days even though it was getting curly the same evening that I got the keratin treatment done and sure enough after 3 days I washed my hair and it was as if nothing was done. I wasted $100.00!!!!! I called him and explained to him that it didnt take. He asked what I wanted to do about it and I told him I wanted my money back and that I'm going elsewhere. He said fine text me your name and address and ill mail you "something". I explained that I wanted all my money back! He said fine, hung up and never called me back, answered my phone call and surprise never mailed me the money! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! He is not certified to do Keratin treatments do not waste your money on HIS keratin groupon!

I went here because I am a freelance model and booked a photo shoot here. Paul is a wonderful stylist and dry cut my hair very nicely, which is a skill that few hair stylists have. He took time and care with my whole look. Would recommend to anyone who wants a stylish look in the city.

The place itself is old and in desperate need of modernization. This review is for Paul Michael, a stylist that rents a chair at this location. He applied Keratin to my hair and gave me a cut that I really love. The Keratin has worked great on my thick, curly hair. What used to take and hour and a half, now takes about 25 minutes (and I don't need to use a flat iron, blow dry alone makes it look good). I attribute this not only to the Keratin, but the great job Paul did layering my hair so I don't look like a triangle head. I will be back, but not for just any stylist here (as I believe they cater to a much older, like elderly, crowd. Paul Michael only.
