I decided to go to this gym because it was right in the heart of Chicago. It’s never too crowded, and the owners/ trainers have a wealth of experience and stories to tell. It may not house the next lineal champion of the world (yet), but it’s the best place to learn a thing or two about boxing fundamentals and history. Support local businesses!

This was the gym where I was exposed to boxing for the first time. I love this gym. The trainers are good, many of them professional boxers and some that hold world titles. The classes are upbeat, lots of strength and conditioning and fun. The teachers are very engaging. The space is big, there is an upstairs and a downstairs. I have to say my life has completely changed for the better since the first time I walked in.
