I had a great experience with Franklin Eye Care. I initially had a problem with my glasses, but the doctor took the time to check them again and fixed the issue promptly. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and they made sure that everything was perfect. I appreciate their excellent service and commitment to patient satisfaction.
Eric and staff are wonderful to work with. Helped me with an emergency eye irritation issue that was diagnosed and addressed with ease. Responsiveness and flexibility was top notch and I'm grateful for all of their help.
The staff at Franklin Eye Care are professional and compassionate. I've had near perfect eyesight my whole life up until the last few years so glasses are a dramatic event in my life.
