Elsa has filled in my eyebrows twice, and I have been so impressed with her precision, professionalism and perfectionism. She obviously cares deeply about her work, and spends so much time talking with you and really exploring the aesthetic you want to achieve. She even checked in with me the day after to see how I was doing. She will be the only person to apply permanent makeup on me because I know I will not only feel confident about the process, I will love the way I look.

Meeting her has honestly been a game changer for me. In an industry where it’s easy to feel like just another appointment, Elsa truly cares about the person sitting in her chair not just the procedure or the price tag. Beyond 5 stars for my brow experience with Elsa! For context, I never write reviews (my bad…I should) and Elsa never asked for a review. That’s worth something. Despite my initial concerns about pain and not knowing the outcome, Elsa made me feel completely at ease and delivered results far beyond expectations. Elsa’s warmth and professionalism are unmatched, and I couldn't be happier.
