I got to go here to play my league basketball games. It’s a wonderful facility with everything you could ask for, and friendly staff. Obviously pricy, but with everything they offer, I’d you can afford it, it’s worth it.

Kind people who have graciously allowed us the use of their facilities while our nearby apartment building is without hot water or heat in some areas. I’ve also been to FFC on a guest pass before and each time been impressed with the service. If you are in need of a gym this is the one!

I’m currently without heat & hot water at my apartment building and FFC Gold Coast has allowed all tenants at my building to use their facilities (shower, water, coffee, etc) in this time of need. I am so grateful for this organization. FFC cares about the wellbeing of all and their integrity is showing in this situation. Can’t thank them enough
