I used this place twice. The first time it was to get a blue jean jacket washed and heavily starched. It was not ready when promised, and when they did give it to me the next day the jacket was still wet.The second time I used their service, I asked to have a zipper put in a leather bomber jacket. I was told the zipper had to be ordered, it would take a week to complete the job. After a week I was called and told that the jacket was breaking needles and they could not do the job. When I asked to purchase the zipper, I was told that it was given to the tailor because they had "no use" for it. I use dry cleaning services weekly. I moved to the area 2 years ago and started using Feenwood shortly after. Fernwood provides excellent service and always has my dry cleaning ready when they say they will. Reasonably priced and quality service.
