I had a great experience with Paul today! I had called their 24 hour number pretty late on a Saturday evening due to a leak I could not resolve on my own. I texted a photo of the problem, got a quote from them right away, and the assurance they would be there at 9am Monday morning.
On Monday, Paul texted me they were on their way. They actually got here about half an hour early, which was great. I showed them the issue and a few other spots I was concerned about.
