My main issue was with the front desk lady, very unprofessional and rude. I called asking if they performed an eyelid cyst removal procedure at this clinic and was rudely interrupted and told to ask the doctor those questions, then when I asked her if it was possible for her to find out for me she hung up on me. I dont have the time to schedule an appointment for a procedure that might be uncertain because it is an URGENT issue! Don't come here if you need immediate help the staff are unhelpful and do not take your issues seriously.

Eye exam and RA exam for eyes Great team of Doctors Thought I would be needing another script for my eyes. I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, pretty young for this 55 year old. But had a good eye exam from very caring professional Eye Doctor/Surgeon ... Found out later that I didn't need a "surgeon/ specialist" for this exam. But I was told by my RA doctor that's what I needed to do, anyway glad I found them! Thank you

My compliant is with the front desk lady. She didn't know what she was doing and didn't know the answers to many of the billing and scheduling questions.I specifically asked, before my eye exam, if the exam was going to be covered by insurance or if I had to pay out of pocket. Instead of listening throughly to my question, she cut me off and said you just pay for contact lenses which I was fine with. But then after my exam they added extra 60 dollars for my exam. They have done this before to me and i excused it as a misunderstanding but they scammed me again. I will never step foot in this office again. The eye doctors themselves were nice and knowledgeable.
