I am very appreciative that Dr. Greenberg accommodated me within a few hours upon calling when I was experiencing a painful eye situation. I was patched for two days and felt I had thorough and attentive in person follow up throughout the week.

Ruined my eyesight with a prescription steroid eye drops that I did not need. Dismissed me when I was concerned about the eye drops going into my eyes; just saw me as another dollar sign. They didn't even care about an old crying lady after her appointment

My main issue was with the front desk lady, very unprofessional and rude. I called asking if they performed an eyelid cyst removal procedure at this clinic and was rudely interrupted and told to ask the doctor those questions, then when I asked her if it was possible for her to find out for me she hung up on me. I dont have the time to schedule an appointment for a procedure that might be uncertain because it is an URGENT issue! Don't come here if you need immediate help the staff are unhelpful and do not take your issues seriously.
