    Everyone, from the receptionist, vet tech, intern, to the vet were extremely kind, caring, informative, and thorough.

    My only quibble has more to do with Google map directions which sent me to the parking for the emergency vet causing me to end up walking back to California, over to Roscoe, and all the way to the end of that block before finding the entrance. Tigger was not happy at being schlepped out of doors all that way and voiced her objections loudly. Siri and Google need to get their act together.

    My puppy had a major surgery, the staff was wonderful. Very caring and expanded everything that an average person could understand.
    And best of all my bill was about 15% lower than I was originally quoted.

    We took our Barnie to Eye Care for Animals recommended by our Veterinarian Roscoe Animal Hospital. Right away we could tell that they were very caring! After a thorough examination the explained in detail all options about decisions we needed to make. It was difficult but we made the decision to move forward with eye surgery to remove Barnies left eye due to cataracts and glaucoma which left Barnie blind in that eye. It was explained that glaucoma can lead to severe pain and all we want is the best quality of life for our little guy. They have also taken steps to protect Barnies right eye which right now is in good shape. We have some difficult weeks but are confident... read full review
