She is very precise, spends a lot of time getting it exactly right, and consistently delivers amazing haircuts. Clients describe her as sweet, welcoming, warm, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to talk with, often building long-lasting relationships. The service is highly recommended, with clients always leaving feeling great and super happy. The shop itself is also noted as adorable, welcoming, and loved. She books fast but is flexible with proper communication.

I've been going to Sam for years, and she's truly the best. She takes the time to listen while also offering expert advice, and I always leave feeling amazing about my hair. From extensions to regular appointments, her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to staying current with trends and education are unmatched. She's also incredibly warm and welcoming, and always has the best products and recommendations. Even though I no longer live in Chicago, I still book with Sam whenever I'm in town.
