I’m surprised by these reviews, because my child has had a great experience every time we’ve been here. My child saw Dr. Berg for a well-adolescent visit and was immediately referred to ENT due to enlarged tonsils. We moved from out of state. My child saw their previous physician nearly their entire life (14 years) and they never referred to ENT. It’s disappointing that they never referred my kid, but Dr. Berg saw my child one time, saw the issue, and immediately made a referral. She took time with us and answered all of our questions. I have been receiving care from this place for 4 years and I really have no complaints, sometimes it takes a while for referrals but from then on the medical care is excellent. The girls at the check-in counter should be nicer.
