Great product and great experience with Ella's Bubbles. My customer picked out a different brand tub from HD first, tub was missing parts, it was leaking, and build quality was low in my book. After 10 days trying to deal with HD and other manufacture to correct problems I took it back. I'm a card carrying member of Menards and looked at Ella's products with customer, tub was $150 more expensive, but worth every penny. I placed order, and within an hour or two they had contacted me to confirm model and size, and rush shipped it to my local Menards. I had a wonderful experience with Ella's Bubbles Walk-In Tubs for my bathroom renovation.Their team was professional,knowledgeable,and very attentive to every detail.The installation was smooth,and the final result looks amazing and works perfectly.Their pricing was also very reasonable for the quality and care they provide.
