They came out within an hour of our call, and were able to get the air conditioner working again within another hour. They were very fast and offered us a very friendly service. I cannot hesitate to recommend them highly. Excellent.

They were all professional and all provided first rate service. The installation team showed up on time and worked effectively and efficiently throughout the entire process. All questions were answered and we were always kept abreast of the entire installation process. The office followed up with a detailed invoice and pictures of my repair. I was extremely impressed, and would recommend Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone willing to listen!Services: Repair HVAC

Great customer service, they called me multiple times to get my air conditioner maintenance done that was complimentary. I kept canceling the appointment due to high covid rates, and they kept calling to make new appointments. They could have easily just said it's past the complimentary service warranty, but they didn't. They just came out and did the cleaning and said we have another remaining!! Such great service!
